  • ✅ FTP access to Xbox 360 OR USB drive
  • ✅ Internet connection on Xbox 360

🚀 Installation Steps

Step 1: Download & Extract

Download the HDD Files package and extract it.

Download HDD_Files.zip

Extract to get this structure:

HDD_Files/ ├── launch.ini ├── Dash/ │ ├── default.xex │ ├── stealth.cfg │ ├── certificates.bin │ └── assets/ ├── Apps/ │ └── StealthClient/ │ └── default.xex └── System/ └── README.txt

Step 2: Connect to Xbox 360

Choose your transfer method:

Method A: FTP (Recommended)

Fastest and easiest method

Host: 192.168.1.XXX Port: 21 User: xbox Pass: xbox

Step 3: Copy Files to Xbox HDD

Copy the extracted files to your Xbox 360 hard drive:

File Mapping:

From: To:
launch.ini → Hdd1:\launch.ini
Dash\ → Hdd1:\Dash\
Apps\ → Hdd1:\Apps\
System\ → Hdd1:\System\
✓ Result: Your Xbox HDD should now have Hdd1:\Dash\, Hdd1:\Apps\, etc.

Step 4: Edit launch.ini

Set the stealth dashboard as your default boot dashboard.

Edit: Hdd1:\launch.ini

Change this line:

[Launch] default = Hdd1:\Dash\default.xex
💡 Tip: Make sure the path points to the Dash folder where you copied the files!
